Interested In Joining?

Remember, joining a fraternity or sorority is joining a brotherhood/ sisterhood. Therefore, the first tool for interested students are to build relationships with the
members in the organizations. Building relationships makes it
easier to inquire about the fraternity or sorority. Secondly,
attend an informational and other various events held by that organization. Let members of the group know that you are interested in membership. Members are looking for
prospective students that will be passionate about their fraternity/sorority, giving back to the
community, and their grades.

Stepping is a small portion of what NPHC does, among academics, community service, and leadership. Stepping originated from African dances, similar to the gumboot dance, that create rhythmic beats simply with the use of hands, feet, and sometimes props.

Strolling is the process of members simultaneously dancing to a song while moving or hopping in sync.
